Return and Refund Policy

At Chococeutical Innovations, we want you to be satisfied with your order. If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us and we will help resolve it.

RETURN WINDOW
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, products must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In their original packaging
  • Purchased directly from SMART3 Wellness Store

Because SMART3 products are edible wellness products, opened or used items cannot be returned, unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

When the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.

RETURN SHIPPING
For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Chococeutical Innovations will cover the return shipping cost or provide another solution.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by SMART3.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges may be offered for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, subject to product availability.

Do not mail products back without first contacting us for return instructions.
